• Take a video of yourself paddling (GoPro or a smart phone from the bank) and send it to us for analysis
• We recommend uploading it into Google Drive into a shared account
• We will then go to work with a very details video analysis of your paddling and send you a very detailed voice over of your paddling with specific areas we would like you to work on
• If needed, we will also send you exercises and technique drills to help make you more efficient.

This $100 fee includes two seperate video analysis and we encourage a 4 week gap allowing you time to see improvement from the first video analysis before you send the second video.
