Description
Paddle 2 Fitness can offer a general training / fitness session for those paddlers looking to train with a squad. We set sessions with a aim to improve technique, endurance and racing tactics. We currently have squad sessions on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. You will receive:
- Technique Advise
- Video Analysis (when available)
- Paddle against some of the fastest recreational / intermediate paddlers in your area
