Welcome to Paddle 2 Fitness Programs.
So we are able to track your personal improvement during you journey with us, you need to perform a monthly 6km time trial. The time for this time trial will be entered into the SPEED CALCULATOR where we will work out your 85% and 105% training zones. Each month you will enter your latest time trial time. Once your time is entered into the SPEED CALCULATOR, you will find your speeds inside the BLUE Box on your Profile Page. You will then use these speeds when training with us.
The 180 Formula (or MAF) is the other training zone we use. By training at the below heart rate (inside the BLUE Box), which is “180 – Your current age”, you will be at your most efficient training level to improve your aerobic system and burn fat. Do not exceed this HR when exercising. If your HR increases, you MUST slow down.
Your weekly Race Ready program will update based on the date you registered with P2F. If you would prefer your week to start on a specific day, please contact us and we can arrange for your program to refresh accordingly.
