Hi, I’m Julian
With over 35 years on water experience and a real passion for paddling, I have created a weekly online training program for any paddler wanting to improve their fitness, technique and overall skills.
Having trained hundreds of paddlers and general athletes, I share my expertise and experience combined with the leading edge research from experts in the field Dr Phil Maffetone and Dr Stephen Seiler.
Our Peak Performance Program is built on our belief that it is essential for athletes to build a strong aerobic system where the body learns to burn fat as the main energy source utilising both The 180 Formula (MAF) and the 80/20 method.
I personally invite you to join our Peak Performance Program where you will not only receive a year round program, you will receive expert guidance, targets to keep you motivated and be supported by me and our amazing community of paddlers.

Over 300 different training sessions per year built into a new program each week
Two cross training sessions available each week plus a library of extra cross training options
All weekly programs are designed to get you to your FINISHING LINE (10km, 12-18kms, 20-30km or over 35kms)
All Paddle 2 Fitness Podcast episodes in video form including extra tips
You will have up to 6 paddling sessions per week with the average of session times between 60-90mins
Built in the platform you have the ability to record monthly time trials and a video library including our Club House
